Hey, I know it doesn't look like much, but it does have 4 bedrooms, 2 baths and 1.25 acres. I am so looking forward to actually living there and relaxing there. I am also going to plant some more trees in the front yard. It has a magnolia and a pear tree. It has an inground sprinkler system (that's cool). I think once we are out of this house and have it cleaned out, it will be ready to roll.
ON ANOTHER NOTE....
Here is a pic I came across the day before yesterday.
This is a pic of my hubby when he was a teen (he is from Panama') with his two cousins, one of the cousin's husband and two of her children. I have no idea who the little girl in the red dress is?!?! The little boy standing in front is now and man who stands over 6 feet tall and was first in his class. The little boy in his father's arms was also first in his class but was suspended for cheating (2 years ago) because he was the one writing term papers for people. Smartass!!! We call them the "tres Juanes", all the boys names are Juan (including their dad). Juan Manuel, Juan Miguel and Juan Moises. (The third one was there because he hadn't been born yet). Wasn't my hubby a cutie? Here he is now, still a hottie but with no afro (or should I say with no hair...)
I know your fingers and toes are getting cramped, but please keep them crossed and the good Karma flowing over this way...

You got it...my toes and fingers will remain crossed.
Your (soon to be) new house looks very nice!! I love the 1.25 acres...oh how I'd kill for that kind of space!
At the risk of sounding gross or pervy....your hubby is very nice looking. I'm a sucker for soulful dark eyes :-)
Thanks Soozieq, I am a sucker for them too (big part of the reason I married him). He is a nice guy, I am so lucky I got the whole package (LOL! I said package, LOL)
We looked for a little bit of land and really lucked out! I am psyched!
