I CAN'T SLEEP...
I haven't slept in 3 days.
I am tired (I think I'm overtired). I don't have anything bothering me. I'm not worried about anything that I can think of. The temperature in the house is just right. What on earth is going on? Just as I start to doze off I wake right up like it's time to get up and go. That's it, I am going to take some sleeping pills tonight and try to get some much needed sleep. I don't like to take those because I can't wake up the next day. Well, it's getting to the point where it would be no different between NOT sleeping and trying to wake up from sleeping pills...
I'm pooped.
I think I should consult The Q, she knows all too well about this!

Maybe the stuff with Littleman is weighing on you?!?!
I used to have trouble sleeping but I'm getting quite good at it the older I get.
Take 1 Benedryl tonight and see if that helps. Good luck. No sleep is NOT fun.
Thanks, I have some at home. I'm wondering if it is him, you may be right... Hhhmmmmm......
You'd be surprised at what will keep you awake subconsciously. I *swear* I'm not stressed about stuff yet when I do fall asleep you should see the crazy scary stuff I dream about (I'm NOT referring to the naked bike ride, even though that would have been very frightening for any innocent passerbys) ;-)
I have tried everything to help myself sleep and I'm back to the same old stuff. Benedryl. Lots and lots of Benedryl. At least that stuff knocks me out for a few hours and that's better than nothing. I was bummed the heavy duty stuff (Ambien) didn't work for me.
*le sigh*
I hope you get some sleep. It will really wear you down if ya don't!
I have lots of problems sleeping too. I've never done the sleeping pill thing but I find that if I can't sleep during the night I just get up and watch a little tv. As soon as you get interested in a movie enough to want to see the ending you'll be so tired you can't keep your eyes open. LOL
At least, that's how it works with me.
You don't have anything bothering you..... Have you read your lately, you were sick, your son is failing, you miss your nephew, and you feel guilty for not going to see his family. I would say you are carrying a fair amount on your shoulders and your brain is to busy processing everything to shut off and go to sleep. I could loan you my cure for these things but I am not sure you want the 7 month old round the clock cure.
Thanks Q & Sherri
You know what Karin I would love to have a 7 month old around, I miss those days. I guess you're right. But the thing is I am not thinking about any of those things at bedtime, not even remotely. Hhmmm... I think you are all on to something there...
