WISH ME LUCK...
My hubby is going to be in Atlanta all week *sigh*.... He is going for some work related thingy. Anyway he is going to be gone until Friday. I hate HATE hate when he is gone for any extended period of time. I can't sleep, I can't function and I just don't like being alone with the kids. I don't feel safe without him. I know, I know I am such a dork, I can't help it. Just wish me luck that he comes home safe and in one piece...

I get totally what you are saying. While I enjoy sometimes the break of being on my own, I never sleep well when my husband is out of town and I always feel slightly off till he gets home

I have to admit it is a hellava lot better than when he flew in an Army helicopter in foreign countries. We were coming home from a vacation one time, I was preggers with my babygirl. We turned on the tv to catch up on the news and found out that my hubby's copter went down killing all 7 of his coworkers. Had he been home, he would have been flying and killed too. I really hated when he flew after that. So I guess driving 4 hours away, it's ok...
He's going to be fine. You are not a dork, you're just out of your comfort zone. *hugs*
